Description

The dish gets its name from the Japanese onomatopoeia "shabu shabu" meaning "swish swish", which describes the light swishing of the meat in the simmering broth. When the meat is dipped in the boiling water, the extra fat melts away, making it lighter than regular cooked meat, and a rather healthy meat dish.

In our Shabu(Hot pot) Value Box, we offer premium cuts at lowest price. In the value box, there are 1lbs of lamb bnls shoulder butt, ribeye, navel plate, and  Wagyu Tenderloin sliced at 1mm.

Wagyu Tenderloin Shabu A long, narrow, and lean muscle located within the Loin, this is the most tender cut of beef available.

Lamb Shabu is made from hand-selected lamb meat that comes with a perfect amount of meat and fat to give the melt-in-the-mouth texture upon a quick dip in the hot pot.

Beef Shabu comes from the rib and chuck section, the center best portion of the rib steak, without the bone. The meat is both flavorful and tender. There is no need to add seasoning when cooking it shabu-shabu style.

Navel Plate Shabu is basically the equivalent of a pork belly, but on a beef.

Shabu Shabu is an extremely healthy dish containing a balance of proteins and vitamins with no grease, oil, or added MSG. The boiling water releases a majority of the fat in the meat, and with a balanced meal of vegetables and rice, it's perfect choice for the heath conscious.
